Zusammenfassung

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to advance a product-led talent technology organization across the portfolio. You will shape governance, investment strategy, and roadmaps while guiding Client Zero initiatives that connect strategy, user needs, and technical delivery.

You will collaborate with Demand Management and enterprise delivery partners to align intake, sequencing, and measurable outcomes, driving value realization and scale across enterprise platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Must have experience in technical product management or HR/talent technology.
• Experience establishing or maturing a product organization with governance and lifecycle practices.
• Ability to connect business priorities with architecture, funding, sequencing, and value realization.
• Experience leading Client Zero or incubation initiatives through enterprise scale.
• Experience translating business needs into implementable requirements and coordinating delivery.

Aufgaben

• Define and implement talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap.
• Maintain integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, delivery capacity, dependencies, risk, cost, and value.
• Establish governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle standards, ownership, documentation, escalation paths, and decision rights.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, dependency management, release planning, prototyping, testing, UAT, and launch readiness with enterprise tech and delivery partners.
• Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case to enterprise-scale adoption and measurement.
