Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to support the Digital Talent Strategy Lead in building a product-led talent technology organization. You will shape governance, investment strategy, and the technical roadmap for enterprise-scale portfolio management and Client Zero initiatives, aligning strategy with user needs and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting
• Proven success establishing or maturing a product organization with governance and operating rhythms
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap
• Experience leading Client Zero, pilot, or incubation initiatives
• Experience managing roadmaps/backlogs and coordinating delivery across teams
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery technologies preferred
• Knowledge of integrations, data flows, security, privacy, testing, and release management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon technical roadmap
• Maintain an integrated view of the talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, delivery capacity, dependencies, risk, cost, and value
• Prepare decision-ready recommendations balancing user value, feasibility, cost, risk, and architectural fit
• Implement product governance, operating rhythms, lifecycle standards, ownership, documentation, and escalation paths
• Establish forums connecting strategy, investment, demand, architecture, delivery, risk, and value realization
• Track adoption, experience, quality, reliability, efficiency, cost, risk, and realized value to drive decisions
• Partner with Demand Management to assess ideas, enhancements, integrations, defects, and modernization opportunities
• Translate validated needs into business cases, process flows, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, dependency management, release planning, prototyping, testing, UAT, and post-launch reviews
• Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case definition through implementation and scalability
• Evaluate emerging capabilities (AI, automation, self-service, platform releases) for governance
• Manage an innovation pipeline moving ideas from discovery to measurement
