Job summary

EY is pursuing a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to help build a product-led talent technology organization. The role focuses on governance, investment strategy, and a multi-horizon roadmap, while aligning with demand and delivery partners to drive measurable business outcomes.

You will lead Client Zero initiatives, evaluate emerging capabilities including AI, and manage an innovation pipeline from discovery to enterprise scale, influencing strategy and execution across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology.
• Proven ability to mature a product organization with governance and lifecycle practices.
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and roadmap.
• Experience leading Client Zero or incubation initiatives at enterprise scale.
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs across business and technical teams.
• Experience with HR platforms or service-delivery tech (ServiceNow, portals, workflow).
• Knowledge of integrations, data flows, security, privacy, and release management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap.
• Maintain an integrated view of talent tech inventory, demand, and value.
• Prepare recommendations balancing value, feasibility, cost, risk, and architectural fit.
• Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case to enterprise scale.
• Collaborate with Demand Management, architecture, and delivery partners.
