Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to help establish and mature a product-led organization for talent technology. The role will shape governance, investment strategy, technical roadmap, and operating disciplines to manage an enterprise-scale portfolio while leading Client Zero initiatives that connect strategy, user needs, and technical delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical product management for HR or talent technology.
• Proven success establishing or maturing a product organization with governance and operating rhythms.
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap connecting business priorities and architecture.
• Experience leading Client Zero, internal-first pilots, or incubation initiatives.
• Experience managing roadmaps/backlogs and coordinating delivery across business and technical teams.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery technologies (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong analytical and financial judgment; bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Define talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap with prioritized investments.
• Maintain an integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, capacity, risks and value.
• Establish governance forums connecting strategy, investment decisions, demand, architecture, delivery and value realization.
• Partner with Demand Management to assess ideas, enhancements, and modernization opportunities; translate needs into requirements and user stories.
