Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to help shape a product-led talent technology organization, aligning governance, investment strategy, and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Demand Management, enterprise technology, and product managers to translate user needs into compelling requirements, coordinate delivery, and scale Client Zero initiatives across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical product management or talent technology.
• Proven success maturing a product organization with governance and roles.
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and roadmap.
• Experience leading Client Zero or incubation initiatives at scale.
• Experience managing roadmaps/backlogs and translating needs into requirements.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery technologies.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, data flows, security, privacy, and platform lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and financial judgment and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap.
• Maintain an integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, and risk.
• Prepare decision-ready recommendations balancing value, feasibility, cost, and risk.
• Establish governance, operating rhythms, and decision rights across the portfolio.
• Lead Client Zero initiatives from use-case definition to enterprise-scale adoption.
• Collaborate with enterprise technology, product managers, and delivery partners.
