Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to shape a product-led talent technology organization. You will govern portfolios, define investment and roadmaps, and scale Client Zero initiatives across the enterprise.

The role collaborates with Demand Management, product managers, and delivery partners to translate needs into measurable value and adoption across the workforce. A bachelor’s degree and experience in enterprise platforms are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, product operations, or technology consulting.
• Demonstrated success establishing or maturing a product organization with governance and operating rhythms.
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and technical roadmap that connect business priorities and value realization.
• Experience leading Client Zero, internal-first, pilot, or incubation initiatives through implementation and scale.
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs, translating business needs into implementable requirements, and coordinating delivery across teams.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery technologies such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon technical roadmap.
• Maintain an integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, and risk.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, dependency management, release planning, prototyping, testing, UAT, and launch readiness.
• Lead Client Zero talent technology initiatives from use-case definition through implementation, adoption and measurement.
• Translate validated needs into business cases, process flows, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and decision documentation.
