Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to lead the strategy and governance for a talent technology portfolio. You will drive investment decisions, roadmaps, and collaboration across strategy, demand, architecture, and delivery to deliver measurable value.

You will lead Client Zero initiatives, evaluate emerging capabilities like generative AI, and manage an innovation pipeline from discovery to enterprise-scale adoption, partnering with enterprise technology and product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical product management, HR or talent technology, enterprise platforms, or digital transformation.
• Proven ability to mature a product organization with governance and operating rhythms.
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and a technical roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap.
• Maintain an integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, delivery capacity, dependencies, and value.
• Coordinate refinement, estimation, release planning, prototyping, testing, and post-launch reviews.
