Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking a Manager, Workforce Strategy and Talent Operations in Northampton, MA or Springfield, MA. This leadership role oversees talent acquisition, centralized relief staffing scheduling, and workforce analytics with supervisory responsibility across these areas, partnering with residential program leadership, HR business partners, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in a relevant field (such as HR, business or workforce analytics) or equivalent experience.
Bachelor's degree or related certification preferred (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR).
Minimum five years of progressive talent acquisition, workforce operations, staffing or planning experience.
Minimum three years of direct people management experience, including leading a professional staff.

Responsibilities

Own the agency-wide talent acquisition strategy for direct care, clinical, and administrative roles, aligning recruiting capacity with program growth and turnover.
Monitor requisition load and pipeline health to ensure hiring capacity keeps pace with demand.
Provide strategic oversight of centralized scheduling for relief staffing across residential locations.
Establish coverage models and service standards to support 24/7/365 program operations.
Build and maintain the relief staff pool and coordinate with talent acquisition on onboarding and credentialing.
