Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or business development experience.
• Strong interviewing skills and staffing industry knowledge.
• Ability to speak more than one language is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in multiple computer software applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-volume recruiting activities.
• Manage candidate and job order generation via Masis CRM Software.
• Maintain records of termination of employment on CRM software and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
• Screen, interview, train, onboard, and terminate candidates with attention to detail.
• Build a talent pipeline through relationships with qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and Business Development Manager on job orders and client matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policy in all candidate interactions.
• Create recruiting and interviewing plans for open positions with hiring managers.
