Job summary

You will manage a team of about 15 recruiters, partner with executives, optimize processes, and deliver data-driven insights while maintaining SLAs and industry benchmarks in a dynamic, health-system environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies and leading programs.
• Strong analytics and use of dashboards and workforce data.
• Proven ability to manage recruiters and influence senior leaders.
• Proficient with ATS, CRM, and recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies and workforce plans.
• Partner with business leaders to anticipate talent needs and create hiring strategies.
• Lead employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes and drive process improvements.
• Deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting on recruiting metrics.
• Lead a team of recruiters and collaborate with external agencies as needed.
