Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Health Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
• Proficiency in ATS, preferably Symplr
• Understanding of federal and state employment laws
• Experience in designing, developing and administering recruitment processes
• Experience with workforce analytics and data-driven initiatives
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint and social media recruitment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent writing and marketing skills
