Job summary

ISO New England Inc. in Holyoke, MA, seeks a strategic Manager, HR Tech, Ops & Analytics to lead HR technology, workforce administration, and people analytics, driving HCM selection, implementation and optimization aligned with business priorities.

You will partner with Finance, IT and Legal to build a data-driven HR strategy, govern data quality, and deliver automated workflows that enhance employee experience and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading HR technology, processes and operations.
• Experience managing an HCM implementation from requirements to deployment.
• Experience evaluating AI-enabled HR tech and automation.
• Ability to translate workforce data into business insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a multi-year HR tech strategy and roadmap.
• Manage HR tech portfolio, governance, risks and delivery accountability.
• Lead selection, implementation and optimization of the HCM platform.
• Establish governance, integrations, security, access and data standards.
