Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Sr. Manager, Talent Delivery to lead recruiting strategies for a key client in Portsmouth, NH. This onsite role demands strategic partnership with clients and strong leadership to drive staffing initiatives and forecasted needs.

You will monitor account performance, coach teams, and ensure SLAs/KPIs are met. The position emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and a strong focus on diversity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5-7+ years of equivalent work experience.
• At least 5-7+ years of related recruitment management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project documentation, organizational presentation, and managing competing priorities.
• Demonstrated experience with the performance review process.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Mail, Calendar, Shared Drives).

Responsibilities

• Account Portfolio Management: Meeting goals within your portfolio, including budget targets, SLAs, and managing client bill collections.
• Client Relationship Management: Partnering with clients to provide innovative solutions and streamline workflows for increased efficiency.
• Compliance & Diversity: Monitoring accounts to ensure compliance with EEO/OFCCP and other regulatory processes, while meeting client diversity goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Assessing the quality of work delivered by the team and collaborating with Talent Managers to create action plans for improvement.
