Job summary

EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruiting for US service lines and sectors. You will partner with an Executive Recruiter to manage talent pipelines, engage with leaders, and drive an exceptional candidate experience, influencing recruitment practices across EY.

You will implement strategies, harness AI tools, and collaborate with the Talent team to deliver impactful hiring outcomes while upholding EY's brand and values.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in executive search and recruitment processes.
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies for senior roles.
• Ability to identify and solve complex recruitment issues.
• Proven ability to foster relationships with clients and candidates.
• Experience delivering training and performance feedback to teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires and serve client groups.
• Assess leadership resource needs and build a strong pipeline.
• Utilize inclusive sourcing strategies across platforms.
• Align EY brand strategy with recruitment activities at all levels.
• Lead adoption of new technology and processes in recruiting.
