Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant to source, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles in the local market. You will manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing to placement, speaking with candidates by phone, email, or in person, and coaching them through resume edits, interview tips, and post-interview follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Interview candidates and prepare them for client interviews.
• Deliver job offers and manage the offer process.
• Maintain ongoing contact with candidates on assignment and coaching for success.
• Utilize sourcing tools and resources to expand the candidate pool.
