As a Staffing Consultant, you’ll own the full cycle from sourcing to placement, interview preparation, and post-offer follow-up, while building your book of business. Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Interview prospective candidates and assess fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews with resume review and mock interviews.
• Deliver offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Follow up with candidates on assignment and ensure they have what they need.
• Proactive outbound sourcing to build a robust candidate pipeline.
