Job summary

Willis Towers Watson US LLC in New York, NY, is seeking an Associate Director in the Work & Rewards team. You will provide consultation on talent management, rewards, and organizational design for organizations of all sizes and industries.

You will lead small to midsized engagements, manage projects with multiple stakeholders, and help develop Rewards solutions while coaching junior analysts and supporting business development efforts. Salary range is $164,532 to $195,374 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• Four years of experience in a related Human Resources Consulting role.
• Experience providing consulting to international corporate clients across industries.
• Experience implementing global job leveling frameworks and compensation analyses.
• Experience managing client projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing stakeholder relations.
• Strong communication skills and presenting deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Associate Director within the Work & Rewards Line of Business in New York, NY.
• Provide consultation services on talent management, rewards, and organizational design.
• Help organizations build HR programs to attract and retain talent and drive performance.
• Serve as project manager on small to midsized engagements.
• Support project managers on larger projects and ensure progress against objectives and budgets.
• Collaborate on development and implementation of rewards solutions.
• Establish relationships with clients to expand services.
• Prepare quality analysis and coaching for junior Analysts.
• Support new business development activities, including proposals.
• Participate in revenue growth activities and marketing events.
• Salary Range = $164,532 - $195,374 per annum.
