Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Manager in our Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practice in New York. You will design and implement executive compensation and incentive programs, lead projects, and coach analysts while collaborating with senior consultants and clients.

You will influence rewards strategy, benchmarking and pay-for-performance design, while supporting business growth and thought leadership across the WTW organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of design-oriented executive compensation experience in consulting or similar environments.
• Experience designing annual, equity, stock and other long- and short-term incentive programs.
• Analytical, results-driven with ability to draw conclusions from data and communicate them clearly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, multi-faceted projects with quality deliverables on time and budget.
• Executive presence with polished communication skills and ability to sell ideas to colleagues and management.
• Self-starter, able to work within ambiguity and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective, multi-client project management with marquee accounts.
• Draft statements of work, project plans and budgets spanning multiple workflows.
• Lead day-to-day project progress, ensuring objectives, budget, timeline and quality.
• Coach and provide feedback to junior staff.
• Serve as primary client contact for service delivery and expectations.
• Contribute to compensation program design, benchmarking and pay-for-performance alignment.
• Contribute to new tools and approaches development.
• Support business growth through discovery discussions and proposal development.
