WTW in New York is seeking a Director to join our Work, Rewards and Careers practice, collaborating with top consultants to deliver complex compensation and rewards engagements. You will manage projects, review junior staff output, and serve as the project lead on smaller scopes, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

You will drive design-oriented rewards strategies, contribute to revenue growth, and mentor teams while honing cutting-edge technical knowledge across compensation,

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 7 years of design-oriented broad-based rewards experience in consulting or corporate environments.
• Significant knowledge and understanding of rewards programs and processes.
• Creative, analytical and results-driven, able to draw conclusions from data and present clearly.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and delivering quality work on time and within budget.
• Executive presence with polished communication skills and ability to sell ideas to stakeholders.
• Self-starter who can work in ambiguity and collaborate in a team.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and clear written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work on a hybrid schedule with in-office presence at the New York office.

Aufgaben

• Deliver effective, multi-project management for marquee clients.
• Draft statements of work, project plans and budgets across multiple streams.
• Serve as day-to-day project lead, ensuring progress against objectives, budget and timelines.
• Mentor and coach junior staff and provide ongoing feedback.
• Act as primary client contact on delivery, managing expectations and issues.
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of compensation and related programs.
• Contribute to development of new tools and approaches.
• Support business development via discovery discussions and proposals.
