Job summary

You will develop commercial proposals, manage budgets and projects, advise executive teams, and coordinate with procurement, legal and data privacy to ensure compliant, high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin or related field.
• Five years of HR generalist/consultant experience.
• Experience addressing employee experience, engagement, change management, culture, rewards and career development.
• Experience managing complex projects across diverse client environments.
• Experience developing and presenting employee experience strategies.
• Experience creating proposals, budgets and plans integrating human capital solutions.
• Experience managing sales processes: opportunities, tailored solutions, contract terms, post-sale follow-up.
• Experience managing projects on time and within budget.
• Experience gathering employee insights via surveys and turning them into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in helping clients with digital communication and engagement strategies.
• Connect solutions across the WTW Employee Experience portfolio across services.
• Develop and execute measurable strategies with commercial proposals to support HR programs.
• Advise and influence executive-level decision-making.
• Coordinate contract terms negotiation with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, and Data Privacy.
• Manage commercial processes from start to finish with cross-functional teams.
• Identify business opportunities and facilitate cross-selling to grow client solutions.
• Contribute to development of intellectual capital and new tools.
• Maintain close relationships with senior sellers from Employee Experience and other areas.
