Qualifications

• 10+ years of broad-based rewards design experience within Financial Services.
• Familiarity with asset/wealth management incentive structures.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead consultant on client projects or secondary lead on complex engagements.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure profitable revenue and high client satisfaction.
• Lead or co-lead business development with prospects and proposals.
• Build collaborative client relationships to expand WTW’s service offering.
• Provide high quality consulting advice and deliver compelling deliverables to senior leaders.
• Mentor and coach junior staff, with clear feedback and recognition.
