Qualifications

• Progress towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business-oriented field or any other major with significant quantitative coursework.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical and client service skills demonstrated through internships/part-time roles.
• Interest in Careers and Compensation and ability to work in a hybrid Texas office.
• Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with GenAI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with consultants and clients to design work and rewards programs to attract, reward and retain talent.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to provide market pay benchmarking and insights.
• Analyze and calibrate executive and broad-based incentive plan designs to support business strategies.
• Draft client reports and exhibits and present analytical findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to sales and business development efforts through proposals and client sessions.
