Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Dallas, TX is seeking a Director in the Executive Compensation Consulting practice. You will manage marquee projects, lead client delivery, and guide junior staff while developing cutting-edge compensation knowledge and strategies.

You will design incentive programs, perform benchmarking, and contribute to revenue growth, working with senior consultants on complex assignments and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior, consistent project management for multiple marquee clients.
• Draft statements of work, project plans and budgets across multiple streams.
• Lead day-to-day project progress with budget, timeline, and quality control.
• Coach and develop junior staff; provide ongoing feedback.
• Be the primary client contact for delivery of services and manage expectations.
• Help design and implement compensation programs and total rewards strategies.
• Contribute to new tools and approaches development.
• Support business development activities and client discovery discussions.
