Job summary

Aledade is seeking a Program Manager to design, implement, and manage Talent programs that develop employees, boost engagement, and drive performance within a remote-first culture. You will lead key People Team initiatives, partner with executives, and craft communications to minimize fatigue while supporting a high-performing organization.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in HR with project management focus; PHR/SHRM-CP or PMP certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years HR experience with project management.
• Ability to translate strategy into people programs and tactics.
• Discretion with sensitive information; strong writer with storytelling ability.
• Strong project management, milestone definition, and metrics tracking.
• Excellent collaboration in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of People Team initiatives, including engagement surveys and performance reviews.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive HR program execution and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute clear communications strategies across the organization.
• Maintain the Atlas Manager Hub with SOPs and leadership resources.
• Plan and monitor the People Strategy Roadmap with KPIs and milestones.
• Provide regular reporting to People Team leaders.
