Prosper seeks a Program Manager, People Programs to design, launch, and scale programs that strengthen culture, growth, and retention. You will own onboarding, performance management, engagement, and talent development, partnering with HRBPs and leaders to deliver scalable solutions across the full employee lifecycle.

You will lead listening strategies, refine onboarding workflows, support performance cycles, and create practical manager toolkits while measuring program impact and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR, People Operations, or Employee Program Management.
• 2+ years in engagement, performance management, employee experience, or talent development programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and scale programs across onboarding, performance management, engagement, and talent development.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to translate needs into structured programs.
• Manage employee feedback and translate survey data into actionable strategies for leaders.
• Refine onboarding for hybrid and remote hires to ensure connectedness from day one.
• Develop manager enablement and learning resources, and establish program success metrics.
