Job summary

Destination Pet LLC is seeking a Talent and People Programs Manager to own enterprise HR programs, including performance management, compensation governance, and analytics. You will work directly with the Group CHRO and business leaders to design and run initiatives that drive people strategy in a remote US environment.

This hands-on role requires strong project management, data literacy, and comfort collaborating across time zones.

Qualifications

• Own and administer enterprise people programs including performance management, compensation, talent/succession, or analytics.
• End-to-end ownership of annual or mid-year performance cycles.
• Support compensation governance including job architecture, leveling, and market benchmarking.
• Create dashboards and surface organizational trends for leadership.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with executive leadership to drive programs forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of enterprise talent programs and leadership development.
• Partner with Operations to align programs with priorities.
• Continuously evaluate processes using data and best practices.
• Own performance management cycles and communications.
• Develop analytics to inform leadership decisions.
