Aledade PBC is seeking a Program Manager to design, implement, and manage Talent programs across the People Team. You will lead end-to-end projects—engagement surveys, performance reviews, and communication strategies—collaborating with executives to drive data-driven outcomes.

Ideal candidates possess 5+ years in HR program management, strong writing skills, and the ability to navigate a matrixed, remote-first organization. This role emphasizes strategic thinking and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with focus on project/program management or HRBP.
• Ability to translate strategy into data-driven HR programs and communications.
• Discretion handling sensitive information with oversight.
• Strong project management, milestone definition, stakeholder guidance, and metrics tracking.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills for broad audiences; matrixed collaboration.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects daily.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage talent programs and development initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end management of People Team programs and engagement activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to execute HR programs and use data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with People Analytics to measure program efficacy and drive improvements.
• Develop and execute communications strategies across the organization.
• Maintain SOPs and leadership resources, and support leadership development programs.
• Contribute to annual People Strategy Roadmap and quarterly strategy reviews.
