Akumin seeks a Talent Acquisition Program Lead to drive programs that strengthen talent pipelines, improve candidate conversion, and support evolving workforce needs. This fully remote role must reside in the United States and collaborates with clinical delivery, procurement, HR, and campus partners to optimize hiring across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, program coordination, staffing, vendor management, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and reporting to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and drive initiatives through completion.

Responsibilities

• MSP & Contingent Workforce Management: primary contact for MSP program; manage supplier relationships and ensure compliant processes.
• Campus Engagement & Early Talent Pipelines: lead campus recruiting, coordinate events, build relationships with universities.
• Clinical Student Conversion & Relationship Management: identify clinical students and advise on Letters of Intent post-graduation/licensure.
• Program Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement: develop dashboards and analyze trends to drive decisions.
• Talent Program Support: assist cross-functional talent programs (tuition-reimbursement, referrals, etc.).
