Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Program Manager to design, implement, and manage Talent programs that foster a high-performing culture. The role leads end-to-end People Team initiatives, including engagement surveys, performance cycles, and quarterly check-ins, in close collaboration with Operations and Analytics.

You will partner with senior leadership to drive program execution, develop clear communications, and maintain SOPs and leadership resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in HR with project/program focus.
• Strategic thinking with ability to map strategy to programs and tactics.
• Discretion with sensitive information.
• Strong project management, milestones, and metrics.
• Strong writing and storytelling for communications.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Team player with multitasking across priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of People Team initiatives.
• Design and execute talent development and engagement programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive program execution.
• Use data-driven insights to improve programs.
• Develop and implement communications strategies across the org.
• Maintain SOPs, toolkits, and leadership resources.
• Lead Manager Roundtables and the Managing@Aledade program.
• Define the annual People Strategy Roadmap and KPIs.
• Provide regular performance updates to People Team leadership.
• Contribute to annual planning cycles.
