Job summary

Allegis Group Services, Inc. is seeking a Talent Assessor to evaluate candidates for a designated functional area using the client's ATS. You will partner with the on-site Recruitment Relationship Manager to manage high-volume roles and deliver timely, quality shortlists.

You will screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, craft compelling candidate stories, coordinate interview scheduling, and keep candidate records up to date in the ATS.

Qualifications

• Experience screening and shortlisting candidates.
• Ability to follow interview templates and competencies.
• Experience with ATS and client recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Review applicants in ATS and identify qualified candidates.
• Create shortlists and present to Recruitment Relationship Manager.
• Conduct phone screens and assess against competencies.
• Sell the job and client company to candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and confirm details.
• Update candidate records in ATS accurately.
