Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across diverse clients. You will build a robust candidate pipeline, deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates, and help grow the business through proactive recruiting and relationship management.

In this role, you will manage candidate data in ATS, conduct interviews, coach candidates, and collaborate with managers to place talent efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience using ATS to manage candidate data and pipeline.
• Ability to qualify candidates against standard requirements and conduct behavioral interviews.
• Proven ability to build candidate and client relationships and provide service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through ATS, job boards, and networks.
• Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate next steps with clients.
• Maintain candidate and job data in ATS and nurture relationships for future roles.
• Support sales by understanding client staffing needs and presenting suitable solutions.
• Monitor and address candidate inquiries and provide coaching as needed.
