Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions in the United States is seeking a Recruitment Relationship Manager II to lead the successful fulfilment of open vacancies and be the first point of contact for hiring needs.

You will coach and mentor Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Recruitment Coordinators across the delivery centers, drive best practices in the recruitment lifecycle, and provide proactive, consultative talent advisory to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in end-to-end recruitment within staffing or corporate HR
• Experience conducting behavioral based interviews
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance
• Experience with ATS and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Undertake recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing
• Understand the recruitment delivery process and carry out activities to meet KPIs
• Communicate recruitment trends and act as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers
• Coach candidates on how to prepare for selection stages
• Provide recruitment guidance to Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Coordinators
• Meet or exceed all necessary SLAs and KPIs for the client and role
• Coach, lead, and mentor RSSs, TAs, and RCs on the account
