Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Relationship Manager (Talent Pool) to lead direct sourcing and fulfil open vacancies for client teams across North America. You will partner with hiring managers, drive recruitment lifecycle best practices, and forecast demand while maintaining strong client relationships.

In this role you will coach sourcing specialists, coordinate with COEs, and ensure SLAs/KPIs are met.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within staffing or corporate HR.
• Proven experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytics skills and ability to translate data into actions.
• Experience with OFCCP compliance and client-facing recruitment processes.
• Ability to influence without authority and to present to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment activities with direct sourcing focus and meet account KPIs.
• Manage requisitions and client processes with accurate data documentation.
• Act as Talent Advisor to hiring managers and provide market insights.
• Collaborate with AGS COEs and shared services to navigate client needs.
• Coach RSSs, TAs, and RCs assigned to the account.
