You will collaborate with the onsite Recruitment Relationship Manager and client teams to optimize recruitment effectiveness and build strong pipelines.

With 2+ years in staffing or related fields, you’ll leverage job boards, referrals, social media, and Boolean search to identify top talent and pre-screen candidates for roles across client

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in staffing, Corporate HR, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for each client.
• Source qualified candidates for open requisitions using diverse channels.
• Build proactive talent pools aligned with client workforce plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate candidate information and engagement.
