Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to execute sourcing strategies focused on passive candidates in North America. You will collaborate with the onsite Recruitment Relationship Manager and client teams to optimize recruitment effectiveness and build strong pipelines.

With 2+ years in staffing or related fields, you’ll leverage job boards, referrals, social media, and Boolean search to identify top talent and pre-screen candidates for roles across client

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in staffing, Corporate HR, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for each client.
• Source qualified candidates for open requisitions using diverse channels.
• Build proactive talent pools aligned with client workforce plans.
