Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to execute sourcing strategies with a focus on passive candidates. You will partner with Recruitment Delivery and client talent acquisition teams to shape sourcing plans and improve efficiency.

You will recommend enhancements, drive best practices, and act as an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand, with a global client base and diverse hiring needs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in staffing, HR, or related field.
• Experience within a global organization is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies using job boards, associations, referrals, social media and web searches.
• Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

Responsibilities

• Recommend and implement the most effective sourcing strategy for each client.
• Source qualified candidates for open requisitions within our client’s industry.
• Utilize a variety of recruiting strategies aligned with client branding and social media.
• Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure candidates are pre-screened before process.
• Select and qualify candidates based on skill, culture, and motivation fit.
• Maintain timely information on all candidate interactions.
• Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified talent pools.
