Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is hiring a Program Specialist I to build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and manage the full lifecycle of requisitions, from intake to onboarding and reporting. You will work with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely, quality talent delivery and maintain data integrity across systems.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, process adherence, and a customer-focused approach in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred or applicable experience.
• Experience in high-volume coordination activities.
• At least 1 year of any customer service industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment that changes from day to day.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong documentation and follow up skills.
• Strong time management.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and PC skills.
• Able to work independently with some direction.
• Customer Focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist client managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including requisition intake, sourcing, and candidate shortlisting and interviewing.
• Document requirement intake conversations and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Manage open requirements and advise managers on status and supplier sourcing strategies.
• Maintain monthly activity and performance reports and communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
