Amica Talent in Los Angeles is seeking a recruiter to help build something new in the US renewable energy market. This 360 role empowers you to own client relationships, candidate searches, and the full cycle from outreach to placement.
You'll work closely with leadership, develop your own market, and have genuine influence on Amica's growth, with hybrid working from Culver City and uncapped earning potential.
Amica Talent is a specialist recruitment business focused on the US renewable energy market. We're at an exciting stage of our growth and looking for a recruiter in Los Angeles who wants the opportunity to help build something, rather than simply join something already built.
We're not looking for someone to simply inherit a list of KPIs and work a predefined desk. We want someone who's excited by the opportunity to build relationships, develop their own market and have a genuine say in how Amica grows.
You'll work closely with the people running the business, have the freedom to develop your own client and candidate network, and be given the support and autonomy to build something you can genuinely call your own.
You'll work across the US renewable energy market, partnering with companies developing, building and operating projects across the country.
This is a 360 recruitment role, giving you ownership across the full process - developing client relationships, understanding hiring needs, identifying and engaging great people, managing searches through to placement, and building a specialist market of your own.
We're ideally looking for someone with around 2-3 years of recruitment experience, but we care more about finding the right person than an exact number of years.
If you're earlier in your career but ambitious, commercially minded and ready for more responsibility, we'd like to hear from you. Equally, if you're an experienced recruiter looking for more autonomy and the opportunity to have a genuine influence on a growing business, there's plenty of scope to make the role your own.
Recruitment experience is preferred, ideally within a 360 or commercially focused role. Experience within renewable energy, engineering, construction or infrastructure would be useful, but it isn’t essential.
More importantly, we're looking for someone who is curious, commercially minded and good with people.
Someone who wants to build relationships rather than simply work through a database. Someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, developing new business and taking ownership of their work. And someone who likes the idea of joining a smaller business where their contribution will genuinely matter.
At this stage of Amica's growth, the person joining us will have an opportunity to influence what comes next.
You'll work directly with the people building the business, your ideas will be heard, and you'll have genuine scope to shape your market and your role as Amica grows.
We believe good recruiters should be trusted to do their jobs. That means giving you autonomy, support and strong earning potential without unnecessary layers of management.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to build a successful desk and career while also playing a meaningful part in building Amica.
