Permanent People Rec2Rec, a growing international recruitment business, is launching its US operation in Los Angeles. They seek a seasoned 360 Recruitment Consultant / Associate Director to build and own a Construction recruitment division, shaping strategy, winning clients and delivering revenue.

You’ll be responsible for developing new business, forging client relationships and scaling a profitable desk, with the autonomy to hire and lead a team as the division matures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of 360/full-desk recruitment with BD focus.
• Proven track record of client development and revenue growth.
• Experience in Construction, Civil Engineering or related markets is ideal.

$100k–$125k base + uncapped commission | Hybrid working | Build & lead a new division

An established international recruitment business is launching and growing its US operation and is looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant / Associate Director to build its Construction recruitment division in Los Angeles.

This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of a market from the outset. You’ll be responsible for developing new business, building client relationships and growing a profitable Construction desk, with the opportunity to hire and lead a team around you as the division develops.

You’ll have the backing, infrastructure and resources of an established international recruitment company, but with the autonomy and opportunity that comes with joining a growing US business at an early stage.

Who are we looking for?

You’ll be an experienced 360 / full-desk recruiter with a strong track record of business development and revenue generation.

Direct Construction recruitment experience would be ideal, but we’re also interested in recruiters coming from related technical markets including:

• Civil Engineering
• Infrastructure
• Other technical recruitment markets with transferable client networks and experience

You’ll need to be entrepreneurial, commercially minded and comfortable winning your own business. This role will particularly suit someone who wants more ownership and long‑term progression than they might get within a traditional recruitment structure.
