Amica Talent in Los Angeles is seeking a recruiter to help build something new in the US renewable energy market. This 360 role empowers you to own client relationships, candidate searches, and the full cycle from outreach to placement.

You'll work closely with leadership, develop your own market, and have genuine influence on Amica's growth, with hybrid working from Culver City and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience in 360 or commercial roles.
• Experience in renewable energy or related sectors is helpful but not required.
• Entrepreneurial, commercially minded with a people focus.

Responsibilities

• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates across the US renewable energy market.
• Developing new business and growing existing client relationships.
• Sourcing and engaging specialist talent within your market.
• Managing recruitment processes from initial client conversation through to offer and placement.
• Advising clients and candidates on hiring, compensation and market conditions.
• Building your own network and developing genuine expertise within your chosen market.
• Identifying new clients, opportunities and areas for growth.
• Contributing ideas and playing an active part in how Amica develops as a business.
