We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Austin. You will be responsible for enhancing our staffing services in your niche market with support from our existing successful recruitment consultants, training programs, and management teams.

The role:

1. Build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients
2. Business development, building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings, and networking
3. Keep up to date with industry knowledge and map out your market
4. Find the best talent in your market by networking, headhunting, and other recruitment efforts
5. Create job adverts
6. Negotiate with both clients and candidates
