Job summary

Fisher Investments is seeking a Talent Operations Analyst to manage systems, workflows, and programs that support our global hiring. You will focus on ATS administration, process improvements, vendor coordination, and leading technology projects within the Talent Attraction and Operations group.

You'll partner with technology teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into system requirements, optimize data quality, and drive changes end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting technologies and/or operational processes; iCIMS and/or Workday ATS a plus.
• Proven track record managing projects and co-ordinating deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to improve systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to educate and support others.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and exercise good judgment.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support ATS administration, including configuration, workflows, and enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and performance improvements.
• Lead technology projects from planning through rollout with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technology teams, vendors, and internal partners on issues and solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend system/process changes to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and practical technical solutions.
• Build partnerships across Talent Acquisition and related teams while managing multiple priorities.
