Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting technologies and/or operational processes.
• Experience with ATS administration and process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS), configuring workflows and troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities for automation and performance improvements in workflows.
• Lead technology projects and system implementations from planning to rollout.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement solutions and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and practical technical changes.
• Build partnerships across Talent Acquisition and related teams while handling multiple priorities.
