Fisher Investments in Plano, TX is seeking a Talent Operations Analyst to help run and improve our hiring systems and programs worldwide. You will maintain ATS configurations, drive workflow improvements, and manage vendor relationships as part of our Talent Attraction and Operations team.

You will lead technology projects from planning to rollout, collaborate with technology teams and stakeholders, and translate business needs into practical system changes while supporting multiple priorities.

Formación

• 3+ years supporting ATS or operational processes.
• Experience with iCIMS and/or Workday ATS is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsabilidades

• Support ATS administration, including configuration, workflows, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Evaluate system capabilities to identify automation opportunities and performance improvements.
• Lead technology projects from planning through rollout with stakeholders.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to implement solutions and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and practical solutions.
• Build partnerships across Talent Acquisition while managing multiple priorities.
