Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
• Experience: 3 to 6 months of administrative experience in Human Resources
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 2 years of administrative experience in Human Resources
• Travel: 5-10%
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; OT may be required

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to internal and external customers (i.e. applicants, current employees).
• Assists with Talent Operations projects and initiatives.
• Facilitates the new hire process which includes Welcome Letters and pre-employment items.
• Assists with Payroll Change Notices for employee transitions.
• Processes termination paperwork and conducts exit interviews.
• Monitors the Talent Services work queue and completes requests promptly.
• Facilitates Onboarding Part One and Two as appropriate.
• Maintains accurate personnel files.
• Performs other related duties as required.
