Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Talent Services Specialist to support the Talent Operations Team and provide customer service to all employees. The role requires proficiency with a PC and Microsoft Office Suite and confidentiality is essential.

Responsibilities include onboarding, new hire communications, payroll change notices, and maintaining personnel files. Overtime may be required; travel is 5–10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
• Experience: 3 to 6 months of administrative experience in Human Resources
• or
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 2 years of administrative experience in Human Resources
• Travel: 5-10%
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; overtime may be required

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to internal and external customers (i.e. applicants, current employees).
• Assists with Talent Operations projects and initiatives.
• Facilitates the new hire process which includes but is not limited to the following: creates and sends new hire communication such as Welcome Letters, monitors and follows up with new hires regarding pre-employment items, and answers pre-employment questions.
• Assists Talent Business Partners and Talent Generalists with submitting Payroll Change Notices for employee transitions.
• Processes termination paperwork, including the letter, checklist, etc. and conducts exit interviews.
• Monitors the Talent Services work queue and completes requests on a timely basis.
• Facilitates Onboarding Part One and Two as appropriate.
• Maintains accurate personnel files.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
