Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Talent Services Specialist in Wisconsin to support the Talent Operations Team and provide service to employees and applicants.
The role focuses on onboarding, payroll changes, and maintaining personnel files with strict confidentiality. Ideal candidates bring basic HR administration experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to coordinate new hire processes across departments.

The Talent Services Specialist provides overall assistance to the Talent Operations Team and customer service to all employees. Ideal candidates are proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite. Confidentiality is essential for this position.
Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
Experience: 3 to 6 months of administrative experience in Human Resources
or
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 2 years of administrative experience in Human Resources
Travel: 5-10%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required.
