Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Talent Services Specialist in Wisconsin to support the Talent Operations Team and provide service to employees and applicants.

The role focuses on onboarding, payroll changes, and maintaining personnel files with strict confidentiality. Ideal candidates bring basic HR administration experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to coordinate new hire processes across departments.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–6 months of administrative experience in HR or 2 years in HR admin with a high school diploma.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office Suite; confidentiality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to internal and external customers (applicants, employees).
• Assist with Talent Operations projects and initiatives.
• Facilitate new hire process including Welcome Letters and pre-employment items.
• Assist Talent Business Partners with Payroll Change Notices for employee transitions.
• Process termination paperwork and conduct exit interviews.
• Monitor Talent Services work queue and complete requests promptly.
• Facilitate Onboarding Part One and Two as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate personnel files.
