Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to internal and external customers (i.e. applicants, current employees).
• Assists Talent Operations projects and initiatives.
• Facilitates the new hire process including Welcome Letters and pre-employment items.
• Assists Talent Business Partners and Talent Generalists with Payroll Change Notices for employee transitions.
• Processes termination paperwork and conducts exit interviews.
• Maintains accurate personnel files.
