Qualifications

• 3-5 Years in Talent Operations, Resource Management, or similar field with demonstrated experience in process optimization, team leadership, and data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with individuals at all levels.
• High level of proficiency in managing complex data sets and deriving actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Organize and tabulate data, often of a highly confidential nature, and utilize systems to execute and analyze ad-hoc reporting
• Aid in the facilitation of quarterly calibration exercises, utilizing feedback to reward strong talent and identify gaps
• Act as a liaison between the Resource Operations team and internal stakeholders, including HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance
• Provide guidance and oversight to the Senior Associate
• Support the execution of talent operations projects, from inception through implementation
• Assist in collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps and resource challenges
