Qualifications

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition and broader talent leadership experience within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams in high-volume functions.
• Strong mix of strategic leadership and hands-on operational management.
• Experience building performance frameworks and using metrics to drive improvements.
• Knowledge of Workday Recruiting or similar platforms; system adoption experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Advise senior business/HR leaders on talent availability, market dynamics and workforce trends.
• Translate workforce plans into proactive hiring and talent pipelines.
• Lead Workday Recruiting adoption and ensure data quality across recruiting lifecycle.
• Establish governance, metrics, and accountability for the recruiting function.
• Build a high-performing TA organization with clear development paths.
